Very fine, sterilised, disposable needles are quickly inserted into the body surface (so the treatment is virtually pain free) to stimulate vital energy points. It can enhance the blood circulation, disperse the fluid in joints and reduce the pressure on nerves, relieve adhesion in joints and ligaments, and correct the body's imbalance, relax the nervous system, and improve body cell metabolism.
Chinese massage incorporates herbal oils, essential oils (optional) and a TDP lamp to manipulate energy points on the body. It can increase the energy circulation, soothe joint pain, release the tension from tight and injured muscles, relieve stress, and create a sense of relaxation.
Chinese Herbal Medicine consists of concentrated pills, capsules, and external creams and solutions, made from natural plants. These can neutralise pain factors, modify the balance of the body, improve the immune system, and relieve inflammation, irritation and itching. In particular, I make my own herbal tincture for Alopecia and it is extremely effective.
